Pellet Burner Summary
The Rozell burner is a market leading class burner in that it achieved AAA Standard while undergoing tests. The burner is equipped with a PLC System that handles the fully automatic ignition and normal running of the burner. The PLC also has several safety monitoring features.
The starting procedure is fully automatic to get a fast, efficient start up. Within 80 seconds after the thermostat of the burner has called for heat, the burner has ignited and burning normally.
The Rozell pellet burner operates like a combi boiler. It produces hot water on demand and therefore eliminates the requirement for a hot water storage tank. The Rozell pellet burner has a unique system to produce domestic hot water. The burner contains a 200 litre hot water tank fitted with an 11 metre coil. This will produce 327 litres of water at an average temperature of 60C every hour.
The Rozell has a built in 3kw immersion heater. This is only activated if you run out of pellets and will maintain a supply of domestic hot water until your next fill of pellets.
